Learn Spanish
where Spanish
lives.

clase por la mañana, Madrid por la tarde ✏️

Nine days in Madrid. Spanish classes every morning — 11:00 to 14:30, real teachers, real classrooms. Then the city becomes the homework: order in Spanish, haggle in Spanish, cheer in Spanish.

First words, first wander

Land in Madrid, settle in, and start classes the very next morning — 3.5 hours of Spanish, then a guided walking tour and the Prado with headphones. Art class and language class, same afternoon.

Flamenco is a language too

Morning classes, then Torres Bermejas at night — flamenco up close, all percussion and defiance. Students learn that Spain speaks with its hands and heels as much as its words.

Learn one flamenco palma rhythm. Teach it to a teacher.
Flamenco is a language too
Torres Bermejas, ¡olé!

Three sentences in your journal about Toledo. Spanish only.

The Santiago Bernabéu — 85,000 seats of it. Students tour the stadium where Real Madrid writes its own history, and discover sports Spanish: gol, portero, ¡vamos!

TAREA (HOMEWORK)
Interview a classmate about the visit — both of you in Spanish.

LECCIÓN 6 · DAYS 7–9

The immersive finale

Final classes, IKONO Madrid’s immersive rooms, last markets, last churros — and the certificate ceremony. Nine days ago they whispered “hola”. Now they negotiate souvenir prices.

TAREA (HOMEWORK)
Final reflection, one page: ¿qué aprendiste? What did you learn?
The immersive finale
churros, certificados, adiós
EL EXAMEN FINAL

There’s no exam. There’s Madrid.

The real test happens at a market stall, a metro window, a restaurant table. Students come home with a certificate, a notebook full of scribbles — and the nerve to speak a language they couldn’t speak nine days earlier.

WHAT COMES HOME

A certificate. A notebook. A new tongue.

1
The certificate

Issued by the Madrid language school on completion — a real, recognised record of hours studied and level reached.

2
The cuaderno

Nine days of scribbles, mistakes, corrections, phrases overheard and captured — the notebook they will reread.

3
The nerve to speak

The quiet confidence of a child who has ordered food, asked directions and made themselves understood in a foreign language.
